Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted. However, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Should there be a concern regarding product quality or manufacturing defect, please email support@jaikaibotanics.com.

Items are sold based on weight. Contents may settle or condense in the packaging. There may also be slight variations between batches of our handcrafted products, but none impact quality.

Custom Orders
A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase. Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded once payment is submitted. Full payment is required for custom orders.
