Herbal Bath Tea

$30.00Price

Plain water is so boring.  It also lacks the restorative, stress-busting and many other beneficial properties of a tea bath.  Our herbal bath tea is a peaceful, calming blend of organic botanicals that promotes physical and mental relaxation to relieve stress before bed or anytime.

Green tea is popular for its antioxidant and detoxification abilities. It can relieve body aches and painful muscles. If you have rashes, taking an herbal bath can soothe them and contribute to faster healing of wounds. The vitamin B contained in the tea will soften the skin. The minerals in it are responsible for keeping the skin youthful, flexible and eliminating harmful toxins.

Peppermint in your bath can help soothe burns and rashes as well as other skin inflammations.  It’s also known to reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and relax the mind.  When combined with Epsom salts, peppermint tea makes an incredibly detoxifying bath.

Chamomile is incredibly soothing for irritated and sensitive skin.   It helps to reduce redness and is antibacterial, helping to minimize scars and marks.

Lavender is a go-to for relaxation. It creates a very calming soak and can be incredibly soothing for headaches when combined with peppermint tea.

Rose is excellent for your bath as it helps to load your skin with antioxidants, which is fantastic for helping to tone and nourish your skin. If you’ve ever had a gorgeous rose petal soak, then you know the soothing and calming effect that it can have on your skin.

Calendula is a super soothing herb for the skin, often used in balms, which means that it works well in a bath soak.  It’s naturally anti-inflammatory, the petals helping to soothe skin conditions like eczema and dry skin.
